Covered Trailer: Love INC volunteers move furniture and pick up items several times a week. A covered will facilitate this
NEEDED FOR THE NEW OFFICES- NOVEMBER 1 -- Call the Love INC office for details
6 Phones-- Avaya Phones with Headsets. Our present multiple phones don't accommodate headsets. Headsets are needed to assist our intake workers as they listen to callers.
Workstation cubicals Five cubical work stations are needed for the clearinghouse and additional workstations are needed for the office area. The clearinghouse is in one room with workstations for five intake workers. Sound absorbant cubicals are needed. Work stations the office area will help accommodate volunteer and staff coordinators when in the office.
Attractive Stackable Chairs Love INC's donated chairs stack nicely but the upholstery is worn and the chairs need painting. Newer stackable chairs will improve the appearance of the offices.
Heavy Duty shelving Love INC will be able to receive donations at the new office. Heavy duty shelves that can accommodate donation bins/tub are needed.
White Refrigerator- The new office has a kitchen corner with white stove, dishwasher and microwave which allow us to offer cooking classes for clients, and prepare foods for meetings and other classes. A white refrigerator is needed.
Warehouse Space: We are looking for donated warehouse space as a place to temporarily keep, sort and prepare donated goods for the clients who will receive them.
